That is why your service experience starts when you telephone our Free to Call Number - We will pay for the call. When the phone is answered you will be greeted cheerfully and our girls will be happy to deal with your enquiry.
When booking a service call which may be cooker repairs in Crewe or washing machine repairs in Stafford or storage heater repairs in Stoke on Trent, whatever the repair, we will endeavour to attend at a time agreeable to you.

The Engineers Visit
The attending engineer will always be clean and tidy and will treat your home as he would treat his own - with respect! You will find that our engineers have never been accused of being miserable! In fact - quite the opposite - We want you to enjoy the engineer’s visit and that you would be happy to accept him into your home again. Feel free to chat to him as he works.
You may be asked a series of questions to enable him to precisely identify the problem.
Electrical Appliance Diagnosis and Repair
Once the fault has been diagnosed, the repair will only be carried out once he has discussed it with you.
At this point he will tell you the cost of the repair and make an assessment as to the viability of the repair, taking into account A: The Make of appliance B: The Age of the appliance and C: The Condition of the appliance. Sometimes it is more prudent to put the money towards Replacing the appliance.
The ultimate decision to Repair, of course, lies with the customer.
Appliances are always repaired in your home and are never removed. You are most welcome to be present during the repair as our engineers have nothing to hide. With the increase of rogue traders, this is usually recommended.
Our Charging Policy is fair and we do not charge for travelling to any destination within our working area - See Areas Covered. Our Charges are not time based and are fixed, so you are welcome to offer the engineer a cup of coffee without fearing a charge for the time it takes for him to drink it :-)
When Repairs are completed you receive a 12-month Guarantee against the Repair failing.
Our Guarantee covers both Parts and Labour so you will have nothing to pay out should it fail.
